 act: The talk presents the general trend of the growing importance of 
 mathematics\, physics and computer science methods in the simulation o
 f technical and natural phenomena using specific examples. Then\, an o
 verview of the methods of synthesizing the so-called fast matrix multi
 plication algorithms with the most-known examples. It was discussed ho
 w to use their effectiveness in other problems\, both matrix and other
  types\, in particular mathematical control and IT problems. A further
  increase in the efficiency of matrix algorithms can be obtained throu
 gh the synthesis of specialized algorithms for special matrices with a
  specific form. Therefore\, a few selected examples show the methods o
 f synthesis\, properties of algorithms operating on special (often cal
 led also as &#8217\;structured&#8216\;) matrices and their application
 s. A special part of the talk will be devoted to the overview of the A
 uthor&#8217\;s algorithms for structures matrices\, just to the Author
 &#8217\;s applications of those &#8211\; special matrices &#8211\; res
