Supersymmetric 2d conformal field theory and mirror symmetry

Abstract: The mirror symmetry of Calabi-Yau manifolds is a mysterious operation in which the complex and Kähler structures are interchanged, but at the level of supersymmetric 2d conformal field theory, which is the source of its discovery, it is an obvious operation corresponding to an external automorphism of the Lie algebra. In this talk, based on arXiv:2504.09919, I will explain the mirror symmetry of conformal field theories and propose a new proof method for the existence of mirror Calabi-Yau manifolds.
